This home was everything one could ever want, beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen. The management team was great meeting us and taking us through the house. The location was in Coral Bay and was perfect. The view was absolutely amazing, what a way to wake up every day. We would definintely stay here again. Don't hesitate, book it.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Ada by the Sea. The house was incredible, bedrooms were comfortable and the little touches including bath necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs made our stay super easy. The back porch with the breeze and views is where we spent so much time as a family. We would definitely come back!

The listing was incredibly accurate, but the true beauty of the home and its surroundings exceeded our expectations.The management team was a pleasure to work with—always responsive, kind, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. A few days before our arrival, we were informed that the oven wouldn’t be available due to a part replacement. One of our guests has celiac disease and couldn’t use shared small appliances due to cross-contamination concerns, so we purchased a new toaster oven to use during our stay. To our surprise and appreciation, the management team graciously reimbursed us for the purchase after learning about our situation.We highly recommend Ada by the Sea—or any property managed by Antares. Their professionalism and care made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay in Coral Bay

We had an incredible week in late May, staying at this property. There were 4 of us, so we used the 2 top floor bedrooms. The house is in a great location to access Coral Bay restaurants and a few beaches/snorkel sites like Salt Pond Bay and Lameshur Bay. It's a 20 min drive to the North Shore beach area, but we didn't mind the drive as it was beautiful! The house is well appointed and clean. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen/dining/living area is gracious. The view is beautiful and we loved spending time on the pool deck and various porches. We spent most mornings out on snorkel/hike/beach adventures and the afternoons relaxing by the pool, on a deck or in the house. I highly recommend Ada By the Sea. The pool/decks get full sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed as we prepared most of our meals at the house; and they even had beach chairs, a Neso sun tent, and snorkel gear (no fins). There are a couple of grocery stores in Coral Bay, but it is a small selection, so I recommend stocking up in St Thomas or Cruz Bay before heading over to Coral Bay. The only drawback is that there was a lot of sea weed that had washed up in Coral Bay and was quite smelly. We were told that this happens every spring (happened mid-May this year) and that it sticks around for quite some time. The smell certainly didn't ruin the week, but we often kept the sliders closed so as to not let the smell into the house.

Our family of six had an amazing stay. The house had everything to accommodate our family. The property manager answered all my question in a timely manner and the booking process was a breeze. The house was in a great location to local restaurants. We loved our trip to St. John

AMAZING Week

We spent a week at Ada by the Sea with 3 adult children. It was absolutely beautiful! The view is incredible and I spent many hours in the hammock looking out to Norman Island and watching the sailboats drift by. The house is secluded and nestled into the hillside where we could hear the birds, goats and roosters every morning while having coffee on the deck. The house is completely stocked with everything you could need, we cooked dinner a few nights and had cocktails at the downstairs bar. The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of games to play. The pool box upstairs was filled with beach chairs, a Nesco canopy and a cooler-great for our daily trips to the stunning beaches. Can’t wait to return!

Great House

A group of 8 of us stayed for my Birthday trip. It was one of the most relaxing weeks of my life! The house had absolutely everything we needed. The snorkeling and beach gear was added bonus and more than we could have ever asked for!

Wonderful location with great view

Great view with nice winds. Not many bugs even at night :). Pool was great for the kids

Fabulous place!

My small family stayed here for a week. Adult children had their own space which they appreciated. Everything about it was great! The view was fabulous. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s very quiet and private. Walked down to listen to live music at Miss Lucy’s. We didn’t want to leave!
