Listen to the songs of the bananakeets welcome you to this beautiful  villa! This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom villa is nestled into  the quiet hillside of Quacco and Zimmerman. Overlooking Johnson Reef, the East End, and beyond the Caribbean Sea to the British Virgin Islands. 
Easy access from the main road and a fully paved driveway with ample  parking. Front porch with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill for dining al fresco. Enter into the spacious kitchen and living area with sliding  glass doors all along the front wall; taking advantage of the expansive  views and consistent trade wind breezes. AC installed in the main room  as well just in case. While there is no oven, you will finda stove cook-top, a large toaster oven and a microwave in the kitchen. Wireless internet, Roku streaming TV, and Bluetooth speaker available for your use. 
Take the interior staircase down to the two equal sized, en suite  bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins that can  be converted to a king upon request. Both bedrooms have ACand sliding  glass doors leading out to the pool deck area. 
Lush tropical gardens surround the private pool area. Relax and hear the waves from anywhere at the villa.
