Listen to the songs of the bananakeets welcome you to this beautiful villa! This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom villa is nestled into the quiet hillside of Quacco and Zimmerman. Overlooking Johnson Reef, the East End, and beyond the Caribbean Sea to the British Virgin Islands.
Easy access from the main road and a fully paved driveway with ample parking. Front porch with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill for dining al fresco. Enter into the spacious kitchen and living area with sliding glass doors all along the front wall; taking advantage of the expansive views and consistent trade wind breezes. AC installed in the main room as well just in case. In the kitchen you will find a stove cooktop, a large toaster oven and a microwave. A brand new oven was installed February 2026. Wireless internet, Roku streaming TV, and Bluetooth speaker available for your use.
Take the interior staircase down to the two equal sized, en suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins that can be converted to a king upon request. Both bedrooms have AC and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool deck area.
Lush tropical gardens surround the private pool area. Relax and hear the waves from anywhere at the villa.

The View!
This is the perfect villa for a family of 4 or 2 couples. It was very clean. We enjoy cooking some of our own meals while on vacation and the kitchen was well equipped. The beach chairs and coolers was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days much easier! We loved how close to Salt Pond Bay we were. Know before you go - no generator and the island is experience more than usual outages at the moment. However, the company was very thoughtful - they brought by ice and drinking water during an especially long outage and they kept us up to date throughout our stays with updates from WAPA. We would most definitely stay here again or any of their other properties! You will love the view in the mornings especially! We also filled the Bananakeit feeder one day and that was so fun to watch them!

Spotlessly clean
This was a spotlessly clean, well -stocked, comfortable home with beautiful and peaceful views from the covered deck. We really enjoyed sitting out in the morning with our coffee or tea and just enjoying the view of the water, sunrise, and islands in the distance and the sounds of birds and the gentle waves below. We were also entertained by the little bananaquits as they visited the feeder for tastes of sugar. It was too cool to enjoy the pool, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the heat of summer. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and towels that were provided. The beds were comfortable and there was really good water pressure in the shower! We also loved that there was a washer and dryer. Overall, a wonderful place and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Second time
This is our second time staying in the house, and we absolutely love it. We traveled both times with our two daughters and the set up is perfect with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The view is spectacular, and we really enjoy being on this side of the island.
Incredible View & Location
We absolutely loved Bananakeet! The view is incredible and it is a great location. Beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Amazing Vacation
Bananakeet was an amazing vacation home. The house was spotless with all the details for a family vacation including chairs, cooler and flashlights. We saw so much wildlife from the deck thanks to the binoculars. The pool was crystal clear and clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the items for a wonderful meal. We had no issues with water and one power disruption for 30 mins which we used to play games. Host was thoughtful with recommendations in face of hurricane Erin and very responsive. Thank you for a memorable family trip!
Exactly what we were looing for
Bananakeet was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable accommodations, beautiful view and we appreciated the beach chairs, floats and cooler that we could use for our daily treks to the beach. Clean, Beautiful View
Chose this property due to coral bay location and pool! This property did not disappoint! The pool was perfect and refreshing for our family post hot beach days. AC worked great. Very clean and perfect for my husband, two teens and I. Location is not too far from Coral Bay shops and restaurants- north shore beaches were not very far either. Definitely need a car for this property
Fantastic Place
Fantastic place. Really loved our stay. The house is very clean and everything has been well maintained. Lots of extra little touches to make our visit perfect.Lots of privacy and beautiful views.Easy check in and check out. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic home for a family of four. Loved having a pool to come back to each day! Very comfortable home. The home includes beach chairs, cooler, and floats to take the beach which were fantastic.
