Designed with comfort, privacy and style in mind, the villa sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends.
All interior and exterior areas enjoy sweeping ocean views and open up to an expansive covered veranda and pool deck with heated salt water swimming pool, where you can relax in the sun, lounge in the shade, float under the grotto and take in the breathtaking sunrises. Inside the villa, you will find a bright, open-concept dining and living area with a gourmet chef's kitchen and butler's pantry, complete with subzero and Wolf appliances, ice makers, auxiliary refrigerator, wine storage and more. Rare to St. John, spoil yourselves with private dock pick up and drop off for the ultimate day on water during your stay.
Accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across two levels of a main building and separate pod. The main building upper level includes great room (living & dining), main kitchen, butler pantry, and king ensuite w/private balcony. The lower level is accessed by an interior staircase and boasts a family room (media & game room with bonus king sofa-bed, kitchenette and bar), king ensuite w/ private balcony, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks with full bathroom (perfect for the younger ones). Accessed by exterior verandas, two additional king ensuites, upper and lower, with private balconies are tucked next to the pool area in a “pod” building, each with its own entrance for ultimate privacy.
The entire home is powered by Tesla solar + battery system and is fully air-conditioned. A gated driveway with ample parking ensures both privacy and ease.
Whether you’re lounging poolside, enjoying a catered meal, or setting out from your private dock to explore the turquoise waters, this villa is the ultimate St. John getaway on the quiet side of St. John.
Please note this villa rents from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire about alternative arrival days or stays beyond seven nights. If there are children in your party, please provide their ages.
