Welcome to your home by the sea! Villa Dal Mare is perfect for a family or group getaway. This island style villa offers gorgeous views overlooking Coral Bay with a spacious layout. Complete with all the amenities you need for a family friendly trip.
This villa is located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully paved road ~ rare on St John! There are three bedrooms each with a king bed, sound machine and an inflatable toddler bed for sleeping arrangement flexibility. The villa is fully air conditioned.
*For 1-4 guests, one of the bedrooms will be locked off with no other renters. You will have a choice of which 2 rooms you would like to use. For 5-9 guests, you will have access to all 3 bedrooms. All 3 rooms available for parties less than 5 for an added fee. Please inquire.
You will arrive on the main level which has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, coolers, pop up shade tent for the beach, and sand toys for the kids. Enter into the main kitchen and living area with a powder room. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances so you have the comforts of home while on vacation. This is a family friendly villa, so you will also find a highchair and baby gates to accommodate your little ones. Comfortable, cozy living space with everything you need.
Looking out from the main level porch you will find amazing views overlooking Coral Bay. The exterior staircase takes you upstairs to the primary bedroom, the Salt Pond Suite. This king en-suite bedroom comes with a daybed and private balcony. There is an iron and board, steamer, and clothing rack in the closet for your use as well. Take the stairs back down to the main level porch to find ample dining and lounge seating ~ perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco!
Another set of exterior stairs takes you to the pool deck level. The poolside bedroom, the Hansen Suite, has a queen/twin bunk bed as well as a king. Workout gear such as yoga mats, bands, and weights are available. There are also pool toys and floats for your enjoyment.
Another small set of exterior stairs takes you to the cottage bedroom, the Maho Suite. In this room you will find a king bed. The owner has thought of every last detail!
At Villa Dal Mare you will find a space cultivated for families with an incredible attention to detail. With plenty of room to spread out and take in the island, you will most certainly find peace and enjoyment!

Beautiful and relaxing
Villa Dal Mare in Coral Bay (only 8 minutes to the store & restaurants) was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in St. John. The hillside and bay views were stunning, especially from the porch and pool at sunset. Great beaches 15 min away. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including beach gear that made daily outings easy. Their app was very informative and helpful throughout the stay. We did use their provisioner recommendations which was great. It truly felt more like a home than a rental.Perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful, scenic stay on the quieter side of the island.

Beautiful Location
Beautiful location and house! We had a great stay and really appreciated all the amenities. Everything you could need and host was very responsive when we had questions.
Wonderful from start to finish
Our stay at Villa Dal Mare was wonderful from start to finish. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for the beach including chairs, towels and coolers. We managed to lock ourselves out at one point and the response was incredibly fast and helpful which we really appreciated. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!
Best Vacation House
We stayed here in May 2025 and it was our favorite vacation we’ve ever been on! The house is in a beautiful location and the house itself was wonderful as well! It was great to have so many things available in the house, like a high chair and monitors. The island is wonderful and everything was within about a 20 minute drive! We will be back!
Villa Del Mare was amazing
Villa Del Mare was amazing. The house was very clean, towels provided, beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, great shampoo/conditioner and all the paper products you may need. Beds/pillows very comfortable, the best sleep. The view was amazing, pool refreshing, and outside seating was great. Great for families that may want their private space, just keep in mind it’s 3 levels so small Children and older adults may have a hard time with the stairs. The management company was the best one we have worked with on any vacation. When we visit again we will use this company based off of their customer service.
Beautiful escape
We traveled with our family, kids aged 8 and 11, my parents and my cousin and her husband. The 3 separate bedroom suites were perfect for our situation. All rooms were decorated beautifully, the view on the main level porch was to die for. We didn’t have a lot of down time on our trip but the time we spent at the house was on the deck! The kids loved the splash pool! This house is stocked with all the beach necessities to make the trip a breeze! There are a lot of stairs and steep driveway to negotiate, but as long as that’s not a problem for anyone physically, I recommend this house 100%. We had a couple small issues upon checkin but they were easily remedied immediately and no other concerns during the stay. Thanks for a beautiful stay! If we ever come back to the island we will definitely stay here again!
Loved our stay
We were a group of three couples and loved our stay at Villa Dal Mare in Coral Bay! It was so nice that each couple had their own suite, on their own level. Everything is decorated so beautifully and the esthetic made you never want to leave the villa! The view is obviously to die for and being able to see it at so many vantage points was surreal. We really appreciated and enjoyed the little touches they thought of: JBL portable speak to use, extra cords for devices, bug spray and sunscreen, sound machines in the bedrooms, we loved using the bean bag boards, beach towels and super handy beach bags. They truly thought of it all! You can tell there has been so much love poured into this property. The grounds are beautiful with lush tropical flora everywhere and we even had some donkeys greet us one day at the top of our driveway! Would highly recommend this place for you if you’re looking to be part of the quieter part of the island! If I had to call out opportunities it would be the Internet was hit or miss on most days (which also effected ability to watch the TVs at night) but they worked hard to get it fixed and sent out technicians. We’d love to return someday!
Perfect Spot
Villa Dal Mare was a perfect spot for our adult family trip to St John! You have a great porch to sit and watch the sunrise over Coral Bay each morning! The house is surrounded by beautiful floral landscaping, so we saw deer, iguanas, and hummingbirds all around us. It is a steep, curvy road up to the house, but fully paved. We loved our stay!
Beautiful Location & Well Stocked
This was one of the best apportioned rentals I've ever stayed at. From bug spray to sound machines and all-clad pots&pans. They made it very easy to just show up and get on with vacation. We were greeted and led to the location, shown how everything worked and then left to ourselves. The a/c in one of the bedrooms wasnt working but they had arranged a portable ac for us ahead of time. They responded quickly to every text and were just generally great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.
