Welcome to Villa Madeline ~ a cozy hillside villa with beautiful stone and mahogany wood work. Located in the quiet Eden neighborhood with gorgeous views overlooking Coral Bay. Less than a 2-minute drive or a short walk to the heart of Coral Bay’s restaurants and shops! The location is ideal for spending the day either out at Maho or the East End beaches, which are both a 10 minute drive away. Skinny Leg's, Dazey's Bayhouse, and the Coral Bay dinghy dock are all a short walk from the villa as well. You will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
The road leads up to a paved driveway with plenty of room for parking. Hard to find on St. John! Full kitchen is equipped with all you will need for those nights you wish to dine in. The water at Villa Madeline is filtered and treated with a UV light and is ready right out of the faucet for your enjoyment. No need for plastic water bottles here! Located off of the kitchen is a half bath and laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. The open-air living area extends from the kitchen where you will find your in-home entertainment. Dish TV and Wi-Fi included. The main living area is equipped with AC and also features two large screened slider doors that look out over Coral Bay and allow the trade winds to circulate throughout. Exit through the glass sliders out onto the wrap around porch on the upper level where you can enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over East End. The villa is also equipped with solar panels and a backup battery so in the event of an island power outage, you can still enjoy all of the amenities.
Exterior staircase takes you to the pool deck and lower-level bedrooms. Private pool overlooks Coral Bay. On the pool deck you will also find an outdoor shower with beautiful stonework as well as a bar area with gas grill for dining al fresco. Descend the steps a little further to reach the two lower bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds, en suite bathrooms and individual AC units. Slider doors off of the bedrooms lead out onto the lower-level wrap around porch. The villa is perfect for one or two couples!

Solar panels
Great place. Really appreciated that it had solar panels and backup batteries since there were a few power outages on the St John grid. The pool and deck were very nice.

Amazing Retreat
Villa Madeline was an amazing retreat for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful environment and accessible activities. The view was stunning. The location was just what we wanted. The host was super responsive. The place was clean and well taken care of. Additionally, the host was really thoughtful about all the possible extra supplies and amenities a guest could have. There were extra beach chairs, water bottles, coolers, ice packs, and even a complimentary bottle of rum!

Honeymoon
Villa Madeline was a great stay. My wife and I spent 8 days here for our honeymoon. The villa is pretty private and had an amazing view. The pool and deck was very nice and was a great place to relax and unwind in the evening. Communication with the manager was super easy and they were very responsive. I would recommend staying at Villa Madeline to any of my friends or family.

Views were amazing. Home was exactly as pictured and we loved it. Well equipped !! Great communication from Antares team. The link prior to visit helped so much! Loved the little gift pack when we got there 💕 Having floats, chairs, dry bag and a cooler made life so much easier. Pool was a hit every day. And we utilized the outdoor shower. Highly recommend staying here. Make sure to get a 4 wheel drive.
Amazing Views
Stayed for 8 nights in October. Before we even arrived she was great at answering all my questions. They also sent me an app that explained everything about the Villa. There was a nice informative video on it. It had a lot of information in the app as well. Also had a nice map which was good when we lost service as it was always usable. Great welcome package. We had a few minor issues which were taken care of immediately and with little effort on our end. Views were amazing from the pool and decks. Seating areas are excellent as well ,we had a few places to choose from depending on what we are doing. Grill is clean and easy to use. Outside shower was phenomenal. Water pressure was great as was temp. Inside was nice but I agree with another review that stated that the furniture inside was not inviting. Didn't bother us though. Road to villa was an interesting thrill ride, but we got used to it. Overall it was a great stay and we would not hesitate to return.
