REINTRODUCING Villa Tiffany! After almost 3 years of renovations, this beloved villa is ready to welcome you for a Caribbean vacation.
Come visit Villa Tiffany, the most awe inspiring views! Experience the brand new renovations from top to bottom, as well as Tesla solar to keep you comfortable during outages.Â
The villa features three king ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom is connected to the spacious kitchen and living area of the main building. Exit through the sliding glass doors to make your way across the new pool deck and redone pool to reach the second suite situated in it's own building. Your own private mountaintop setting with tiled pool and pergola with a grill for outdoor dining. Sliding glass doors span two of the walls, allowing in plenty of light and views across the Caribbean. Follow the exterior staircase to reach the lower level bedroom. Here you will find a king bed and a twin loft bed. There is a full bathroom with an indoor shower connected.
Each bedroom is equipped with AC units so you can stay cool at night. Sliding glass doors allow you to take in the constant trade winds. Two of the three bathrooms have your choice of either an indoor or an outdoor shower. The large kitchen with an island bar and seating as well as the large dining room table are great for entertaining. This property is perfect for families or couples. The lush landscape offers multiple fruiting trees for you to pick from ~ feel free to enjoy! With its central location, you are only 10 minutes from Salt Pond and the Ram's Head Hike or 15 minutes the other direction to reach North Shore or East End.
A vehicle with 4WD is a must for Villa Tiffany - part of the island adventure!
Life can be slowly savored at Villa Tiffany ~ morning coffee on the decks, a rum and tonic by the pool in the tropical sun or a canopy of a million stars at night. The sights and sounds of nature, the boats gently moving along Drakes Channel, truly a special place on the island of St. John. 180 degree views from Coral Bay to all the British Virgin Islands will mesmerize you.

If I could put 6 stars, I would. Villa Tiffany was really great. We loved Coral Bay, quieter than the rest of the island. It was perfect, very relaxing. The view was spectacular. You see a lot of the British islands, it is amazing. I've seen a lot of great views in my life and this one was definitely among the top 5. Better than any of the view points we did during our trip visiting 4 different islands in VI. We had great games to play with, a nice pool, everything you need in the kitchen. Everything was new. It was just perfect. And normally, I always find a few things to improve.
Breathtaking View!!!!
I have wanted to visit St John for many years and I was expecting beautiful views and beautiful beaches but I had no idea that the beauty on St John was almost surreal. We kept feeling as though we needed to pinch ourselves to believe we were actually in a place of such overwhelming beauty. Villa Tiffany was both spotlessly clean and lovely. It was perfect for our group of adults. I cannot say enough great things about the Antares team. I had sooo many questions and called them numerous times. They were both patient and helpful. Erika gave us many suggestions that made our trip easier. Katherine our greeter was awesome. She even loaded our groceries into her car for the trip up the mountain to the villa and helped us unload our things. We hope to return to St John soon and will definitely use the Antares team again.
An Awesome Surprise
When we booked Villa Tiffany we had no idea how amazing the views and villa would be! It was perfectly cleaned and awaiting our arrival. The drive up to the villa is a tough one, but so worth the view and quietness. Constant breeze and beautiful gardens and outdoor area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub daily! We chose the king bedroom in the main house. There is an equal suite in another building right by the pool. A nice lower king suite and laundry room. Jan & Mike

Simply amazing !!
This was my 6th trip tp St John, and by far the nicest home I've stayed in. The communication and level and customer service with the property management team was the best. Theres not one thing that I would have changed about our stay and we're already planing our return visit.

Perfect!
This villa is stunning from the views to the amenities! The accommodations were perfect for our family and teen children. Beds are comfortable, linens and house are clean, pool water is warm! Hot tub was a nice treat in the evenings! We picked and ate fresh papaya from the tree! So cool! The road getting up there is a doozy, but you get used to it. I can’t say enough about the views—just amazing! Wow! And there’s plenty of comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy those views! There was always a nice breeze too. A/c in the bedrooms was nice though. If you like sleeping with the doors open, there are floor fans and ceiling fans too. The back up Tesla battery is definitely nice to have as the island lost power twice. The location is private and quiet yet close enough to restaurants and the grocery store. The property management company is super helpful and responsive and very accommodating! I’d definitely stay here again!
